The Manipura Chakra is the area of the solar plexus.. something we refer to as our “gut.’ When our Manipura chakra is in balance we have the resolve to create a vibrant fulfilling life. Enjoy this practice.

Laya Yoga is a dynamic yoga with mantra and meditation designed to uplift, energize strengthen, and empower. Approach this series gently, at your own pace. Each pose can go from 30 seconds to 3 minutes! Do what your body allows comfortably. Try this whole series, or start with the 1st chakra for 21 days and then move on to the 2nd for 21 days, etc. We will be releasing a new chakra each week for 6 weeks. Enjoy as you find your energy climbing. Please remember to progress at a pace that is comfortable for you – that means at all times you should be able to breathe comfortably!
