Short and sweet…this practice is to increase energy so it moves a little faster. Don’t let it discourage you. Simply move at your own pace until one day you may want to move a little quicker…or not! Just do it your own way, and it will increase energy and allow fresh oxygen to circulate all over your body. I even threw in a tiny little Qi Gong because I enjoy it so much for its quiet, effortless strength that it bestows.as you play 🙂 Let yourself enjoy without ever feeling overwhelmed – we increase cortisol in our bodies otherwise, and just undermine the yoga practice. Health should not hurt. Remember….no pain. Compassion at all times
