We all experience pain and for some, that pain never goes away. Use this practice to increase circulation in the body and thereby allowing more oxygen to all the remote corners of your body. Only do as much as your body feels comfortable doing, take a rest as many times as you need, and be sure you are breathing comfortably through the entire practice. Never force the breath, or hold your breath. It should feel effortless, and it should feel good, even if you might move just slightly beyond your comfort zone.
